I ordered the large size but this when received was too big. I returned for a medium size as advised and it all happened quickly, the return and the reorder. Very pleased. Great service
Excellent customer service just how it used to be and top quality product,my wife uses coat all the time for walking dog.
She went for junior size as size 10 and small adult too large for the use she was using it for but quick easy swap a company with good old fashioned customer care so rare nowadays.

I have had a few different make robes but this is by far the best. I don’t want summer to come I love wearing it it’s comfy it’s super warm lovely design and colours I am a medium size woman wearing a small and I just feel so wonderful in it thank you x
