Returns

Free Returns, please email louis@whitewaterrobes.com for returns.

If you do wish to return your robe, you can return it for a full refund 30 days after receiving delivery. Please ensure the robe is in an unworn condition with all tags fully intact.

Please email us prior to returning the robe, and we will send across a free returns label, which you can print off and attach to your package. 

Make sure you send the item back to us in the original packaging, and ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Send the item back to us along with the initial purchase documentation, and we will resolve everything.

Once your return is received and refund approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment used within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed. If you have any questions relating to returns please email: louis@whitewaterrobes.com

Exchanges

We understand that you may wish to swap your item for a different size or colour. Please email us prior to returning the robe, and we will email you a free returns label, for you to print off and attach to the package. Then once we have received your robe we will immediately dispatch your replacement robe without any extra costs.

Faulty/Damaged

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at louis@whitewaterrobes.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Which item is damaged/faulty.
  • A description.
  • Photographic evidence.

We cannot action a refund, credit or replacement unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the customer service team.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is resolved immediately.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless told so by a member of our customer service team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
