1.Pricing

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or technical fault, White Water shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. White Water shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue you a refund. Free standard UK delivery on all orders. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

This website may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. Please note that White Water are not responsible for the operation of or content located on such website. 

3. Indemnity

4. Promotional Codes

If you have a valid Promotional Code then you can enter it into the Promo Code box on the checkout page and your order will be discounted. Please make sure that you check the expiry date and any limitations as they normally run for a limited time only and could be restricted to specific products. Also please be aware that Promotional Codes can change, or can be withdrawn at any time and only one Promo Code can be entered per order.
