Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

    White Water will happily accept returns for a full refund for items purchased on our website. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. Please email us prior to returning the robe, and we will email you across the details as well as the return postage address. Make sure you send the item back to us in the original packaging, and ensuring that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Send the item back to us along with the initial purchase documentation, and the return slip filled out, and we will resolve everything.

    Once your return is received and refund approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment used within 7 days. We cannot refund any shipping charges.     We understand that you may wish to swap your item for a different size or colour, if you please fill out the return slip stating this and the colour and size of robe you would like to replace it with. Please email us prior to returning the robe, and we will email you across the details as well as the return postage address. Then, once we have received your robe we will immediately dispatch your replacement robe without any extra costs.

    We can offer a reimbursement on your return postage charges if you place a new order with us. To do this, please email your proof of postage to, along with your new order number, and we will contact you to arrange this as soon as possible. (*UK returns only. All international customers are responsible for their own return postage fees).

    Faulty or Damaged

    In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at with the following information:

    • Your order number.
    • Which item is damaged/faulty.
    • A description.
    • Photographic evidence.

    We cannot action a refund, credit or replacement unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the customer service team.

    All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

    Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is resolved immediately.

    Please do not return any damaged goods unless told so by a member of our customer service team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
